Which plan covers what?
Reviews — the requests, the monitoring, the responses — start with Get Found at $299/month. The Facebook work is in Growth, because doing a page justice takes real monthly effort and we'd rather not sell it thin.
Do you write the review responses?
Yes, in your voice — we learn how you talk to customers and match it. If you'd rather approve responses before they post, we set it up that way. The tough ones always get a human look before they go out.
What about fake or unfair reviews?
We flag them to Google or the platform with the evidence, and sometimes they come down — but we won't promise removal, because nobody can honestly promise that. While it's up, it gets a calm, factual reply that tells your side to everyone who reads it.
Do I really need a Facebook page?
Depends on your trade. On the Front Range, a lot of work still starts with someone asking a neighborhood group for a name. If your customers aren't there, we'll say so in the audit and you can skip it — that's the point of auditing first.
