What if I already have a website?
We'll audit it free. Sometimes the right answer is keeping it and fixing what's slow or leaky; sometimes it's a rebuild. We'll show you what yours does well and what it drops, and you decide — no pressure either way.
Do I have to write anything?
No. We interview you for about 30 minutes — your services, your towns, how you talk to customers — and write the site from that. You read it, mark up anything that doesn't sound like you, and approve it.
Who handles hosting and upkeep?
We do, and it's included in the plan — hosting, security updates, backups, and small content changes like a new service or a price update. After the site transfers to you, we can keep hosting it or hand it off cleanly to whoever you choose.
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain, content, photos, and customer list leave with you — always. If your included site has hit 12 paid months, the whole site goes too. Before that, you can buy it out or walk away with everything custom. Full details are in the ownership section above; the short version is: no hostages.
